The Enchanted Gardens

The Enchanted Garden is an unbelievable paradise of flowers, hidden coves, hammocks and natural waterfalls, offering a nature walk replete with a wide variety of palms, heliconia's, anthuriums, lilies, ferns, hibiscus, orchids, bromeliads and fruit trees. It also includes an exotic aviary, scenic ponds and a seawater aquarium The former Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition, Rt. Hon. Edward Seaga, owned the property at the time. He constructed a hotel on the property with many suites having private patios and plunge pools, four bars, numerous spas, and an outdoor pasta bar. We were requested to assist them in raising, we help in the financing for the Investment needed, of £38,000,000, so they could add additional rooms and features, and transform the resort into a destination spa. We were successful in providing them the requested sum after all due process and insurance coverage was done.
