AFFORDABLE LOAN COMPANY
We would like to inform you of the loan terms and conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a loan from Affordable Loan Company. Please carefully review the following criteria:

1. Eligibility:
   - Borrowers must be at least 18 years old to be considered for a loan.

2. Fund Delivery:
   - Loan disbursements are made exclusively through Bank Transfer.
   - Loan funds must not be used for any illegal activities or to support terrorism.

3. Interest Rate and Loan Duration:
   - We offer loans at a fixed interest rate of 6%.
   - There are no prepayment penalties.
   - Loan durations range from 1 to 30 years.

4. Repayment Terms:
   - Failure to repay the loan within the stipulated timeframe may result in legal action.
   - Repayment can be made on a monthly or annual basis, based on your preference.
   - A customized repayment schedule will be calculated and provided for your review.

5. Payment Start Date:
   - Loan repayment begins no later than 180 days from the loan approval date.
   - Monthly payments are rounded to the nearest dollar.

6. Documentation Required:
   - Borrowers must provide a valid Driver's License and a Utility bill for verification.

7. Fees:
   - Affordable Loan Company does not charge membership fees, loan registration fees, or loan approval fees.
   - However, we do require a general expenses fee to cover loan-related costs, including wire transfers.

8. Additional Actions:
   - In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as reporting defaults to credit bureaus, government agencies, and relevant authorities.
   - We may request credit reports from credit bureaus as needed.

9. Loan Amount:
   - The minimum loan amount is $75,000.
   - We can provide loans of up to $10,000,000 or more, depending on the security provided.

10. Collateral:
    - Our loans are typically unsecured with Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios ranging from 70% to 95%.

11. Loan Processing Time:
    - Loan applications are processed and approved within 2-5 business days.
